The BOUNCE Freestyle Academy is a series of workshops that cover a wide range of Trampoline and Freestyle skills, ranging from beginner to advanced moves. Participants must be 7yrs or older and be taller than 125cm.

Freestyle Academy Workshop – Flips and Flight Edition

This session is all about learning freestyle trampoline skills in a fun, inclusive environment. From tramp basics to simple jumping sequences, kids will be flipping out (safely, of course).

Freestyle Academy Workshop – Dodge Squad Edition

Jump into the action-packed world of Dodgeball with our Dodge Squad. Learn the core fundamentals of Dodgeball, improve balance and coordination, and discover the power of teamwork and strategy. Trampoline skills and fun will also be included in this workshop to help build strength and agility

Freestyle Academy Workshop – Wall Raiders Edition

Do you think it has what it takes to be a wall raider? Learn how to take on the wall and define your style by doing freestyle tricks on different height walls. This is all about trampoline tricks and skills, all while adding your own freestyle flair to it.
